Are you talking about how to clear the history of the Internet sites you go to? If so...
1. Click Start (on Windows)
2. Control Panel
3. Network and Internet Connections (on XP)
4. Internet Options
5. Where it says "History," click "Clear History"

In Explorer left click on Tools. Then go all the way down to INTERNET OPTIONS.A menu will come up where you can delete History, cookies etc. Left click whereever and then click apply. And Gone it is

download Microsoft AntiSpyware. It has an option to erase all tracks on your computer, from internet explorer to my documents history, even media player and many other!
