I'm looking for something warm with camping and if possible jet ski rentals.

At the height of the summer it is more than warm enough for swimming everywhere along the length of the Columbia. But there are very few places along the river that rent jet-skis. Check in Hood River and The Dalles, OR. You need not fear swimming in the river anywhere around Hanford - they do continually monitor the river for radiation, and none has been released.

There are river cruises that go up the Columbia and Snake Rivers as far as Lewiston/Clarkston; some of them carry jet-skis.

State campgrounds fill up quickly in both OR and WA during the summer. If you know where you want to stay, it's best to make reservations early. There are a few privately-run campgrounds, but they also tend to get crowded.

First off, make sure you do this in EASTERN Wa. and Or.

The temp. can reach over 100 degrees for weeks at a time.

Anywhere along the Columbia river gorge, from Hood River all the way to Canada. The Columbia is the largest river in the US by volume. You may want to keep it up river from the Hanford nuclear reservation in Richland, Wa., though.

Hope this helps!!
